Information you choose to provide
When you request a health-check follow-up or submit an Operations Reset application, we receive the information entered in that form. This may include your contact details, business details and the operating problems you describe.
We use that information to respond to your request, assess the service fit, provide support and maintain reasonable business records. Please do not include guest names, booking records, payment details or other sensitive information in these forms.
Website and advertising measurement
With your permission, this site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement. These services help us understand visits, page use, checkout starts, completed purchases and genuine enquiry submissions, and help us assess whether advertising is useful.
The Google tag may process information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, device and browser details, referral or campaign information, and online identifiers. Optional analytics and advertising storage is denied until you select “Accept analytics & ads”. If you reject optional tracking, Google may still receive limited, cookieless measurement signals.
Google may process data outside Australia. Information about Google's handling of data is available in Google's privacy policy.
Purchases through Payhip
Product checkout and digital delivery take place on Payhip. Payhip and the payment option shown at checkout handle the transaction and payment details under their own privacy terms. Tassie Stay Systems receives the order information needed to fulfil the purchase and provide customer support.
When analytics is enabled on Payhip, a completed checkout sends a purchase event to the same Google Analytics property used by this website. This allows an ad visit to be measured through to a sale without treating a checkout-button click as a purchase.
Your choices and access requests
You can accept or reject optional analytics and advertising storage in the notice shown on this site, and change that choice later using “Privacy choices” in the footer. You can also use browser controls to clear stored choices or restrict cookies.
To ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email tassiestaysystems@gmail.com. Some information may need to be retained where reasonably required for transaction, security or legal records.
